Return & Exchange Policy: •If you are not familiar with some of our products or have any questions, feel free to contact us before ordering. We will be happy to answer your questions.
•Once you receive the shipment, please inspect the merchandise. If you do find parts that are damaged, incorrect or you have any other concerns, please do not remove the parts from factory packaging. Merchandise must remain in the original box with the original packing materials and must be in unused condition or we will be unable to process a claim.
• If you have received incorrect or damaged product, we will replace that item at our expense.
•Our warranty does not cover products that are damage due to improper installation or operation.
•If you do not know how to install parts or have any doubts as to your ability, please see a qualified motorcycle mechanic.
•If you would like to return merchandise for any other reason than item(s) being damaged or incorrect, a restocking fee of 10% to 25% will be charged: amount to be determined upon inspection of returned item(s).
•We cannot accept any item that is not in its original packing, have been used or installed.
•No returns after 20 days from order date.
•All returns must have a return authorization number.
• To get a return authorization number, e-mail mototourinc@yahoo.com and tell us why you are returning the item(s). Your request will be forwarded to our Returns Department for immediate action.
If item qualified for return you will receive the RA number usually within 1-2 business days. Or you will receive a detailed explanation why RA number was denied.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
